At Luamaya, we want you to be completely in love with your new fashion pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
